Bill has held senior roles across the public and private sectors, including Isle of Man Government appointments to the Manx Utilities Authority (2011), Chair of National Broadcast Operations (2016), and the Public Service Commission. He has also been closely involved with the Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce over many years. In addition to his professional roles, Bill chairs a local charity supporting people experiencing homelessness.
