The Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce is pleased to introduce the Positive Health & Workplace Wellbeing Forum Newsletter, a new quarterly publication dedicated to promoting wellbeing across workplaces and communities. Each edition will focus on a key wellbeing theme, offering valuable insights, expert guidance, and practical resources to support businesses and individuals in fostering a healthier and more resilient Island.
The first edition highlights mental health, recognising its essential role in overall wellbeing. By raising awareness, sharing best practices, and encouraging open conversations, the Forum aims to help businesses create supportive environments where mental health is prioritised. A mentally healthy workforce not only enhances productivity and morale but also contributes to a stronger, more connected community.
Looking ahead to 2025, the Positive Health & Workplace Wellbeing Forum will deliver:
- Quarterly newsletters on key wellbeing themes
- Four wellbeing workshops
- The 3rd Annual Wellbeing Conference
- New projects exploring ways to support businesses and the wider community in improving health and wellbeing
The Forum brings together businesses offering health and wellbeing services, charities, and organisations that are developing or enhancing their own wellbeing strategies. By working together, members can share knowledge, exchange ideas, and implement meaningful initiatives that benefit employees and the broader community.
